MHK high concentration color masterbatch is an improved product of ordinary color masterbatch. It is a particulate matter with high pigment concentration, easy to use, harmless and dust-free. It consists of matrix, dispersants, pigments and other additives. It can be used in PP and PE plastics. Contains an average of about 60% inorganic pigment and uses a low melting point carrier. The completely dispersed toner is wrapped in capsules using a unique production process.
Due to the low melting point of its carrier, colored masterbatches with high gloss concentrations can be supplied with precise feeding devices in the feed port of the extruder. It melts instantly and it ensures excellent color dispersion of the final product due to the rapid release of color and high pigment content.

MHK adopts weather-resistant pigment technology to strictly maintain high industrial quality standards. To ensure weather resistance, we use QUV equipment and xenon testing equipment and conduct outdoor exposure tests on customer materials.
