The masterbatch modifies polymer surface wettability and energy via specialized chemical/physical properties, preventing water droplet formation or promoting rapid droplet spreading/evaporation. This maintains film clarity and prevents small water droplets from causing hazy films, reduced visual appeal, and packaged food spoilage.
Available in short-term and long-term antifog performance grades, typically for polyolefin film surface layers. These migratory products suit both cold-fog applications (fresh produce, meat, chilled food packaging) and hot-fog scenarios (heated/cooked food packaging).
Extends shelf life by ensuring excellent transparency in multi-layer films for hot/cold food packaging. Maximum antifog effect achieved within 24 hours, lasting at least two weeks. Recommended for PE, PA, LDPE, LLDPE, EVOH, and PET packaging materials.
