Runpacet Delusterant and Matte is a pollution-free additive specifically designed for PP matte film production. Added to the single-side surface layer of the film, it roughens the film surface after stretching, scattering light to achieve a matte effect. The matting layer (single surface layer) contains 100% matting masterbatch, requiring no additional additives.
It delivers a premium appearance in blown film, cast film, and BOPP applications, including uses in food packaging, pet food packaging, pouches, labels, laminates, and personal care products. When applied to the outer layer of film structures, it reduces gloss and increases haze, providing high-quality matte effects in low-thickness (6-8 microns) blown films, cast films, and BOPP applications.
