Runpacet offers a PPA alternative solution—PFAS-free Polymer Processing Additive (PPA). This additive is an organically modified polysiloxane masterbatch product, eliminates melt fracture, and resolves die buildup. Leveraging the excellent initial lubrication effect of polysiloxane and the polar interaction of modified functional groups, it migrates and acts on processing equipment during production.
This enables performance comparable to fluorinated PPAs in wire and cable, pipe, and film extrusion applications. A small addition effectively enhances resin fluidity, processability, and lubrication during plastic extrusion, while improving surface characteristics.
