Our masterbatches are suitable for composite nylon casing films, including PA/PE, PE/PA/PE, PE/PA/easy-seal resin, and five-layer co-extruded nylon tubular casings with nylon outer and inner layers, adhesive layers, and a polyethylene core. They are also compatible with seven-layer co-extruded casings, such as those used for premium sausages (e.g., volcanic stone-grilled sausages), which offer excellent tensile strength, storage capability at -18°C, and puncture resistance. Different co-extrusion layers and material combinations are designed to optimize casing performance—ensuring strength, flexibility, barrier properties, and thermal stability—to meet the processing, storage, and sales demands of sausage products.
