Runpacet new Inorganic Pearlescent Masterbatch (RPS-T-A10814) utilizing surface-optimized ultrafine calcium carbonate and titanium dioxide, offers improved dispersion and filtration performance, minimizing film breakage during production.
Applied in BOPP pearlescent films manufactured via the A/B/A three-layer co-extrusion biaxial stretching process, this masterbatch achieves optimal results. For 25μm BOPP pearlescent film production, adding 10-30% PP inorganic pearlescent masterbatch and 1-2.5% white masterbatch to the core layer yields high-quality pearlescent film.
